Power Name- Herbakinesis
User- Noah
General Abilities- Herbakinesis enables the mutant possessing it to generate and accelerate the growth of plants. In later levels of control, the user can also cause minor genetic mutations in his creations.
Level 1- The user can accelerate the growth of plants and seeds, but can't really manipulate where the plants grow.
Level 2- The user can accelerate the growth of plants and seeds, can manipulate where they go, and can generate plants from nothing (only basic ones).
Level 3- The user can accelerate the growth of plants and seeds, can manipulate where they go, and can generate plants from nothing. He can also use these plants for... less than normal functions, ie making makeshift optical nerves in order to use vines as spies.
Level 4- The user can accelerate the growth of plants and seeds to an advanced degree, can manipulate where they go, and can generate plants from nothing. He can also use these plants for less than normal functions. Along with all this, he can minorly splice plant DNA together to mix attributes together.
Level 5- The user can accelerate the growth of plants and seeds to an advanced degree, can manipulate where they go, and can generate plants from nothing. He can also use these plants for less than normal functions. Along with all this, he can splice plant DNA together to mix attributes together, creating new strains of plants.
Weakness- The user is weak to sharp objects and fire. He also can't react to ice too well either.

Approved though I do have a question. How would the plants react to other elements [ie earth water ect ect]

Excessive water will drown and destroy roots, lightning will be mostly dispersed through the earth, earth will be countered by anchoring it to the ground. Fire burns, lava petrifies, wind doesn't do much, really... am I missing anything else at the moment?
