User- (Who has the power)
General Abilities- (A simple explanation of what the power does)
Level 1- (A description of the power at base level)
Level 2- (A description of the power when power control is at level 2)
Level 3- (A description of the power when power control is at level 3)
Level 4- (A description of the power when power control is at level 4)
Level 5- (A description of the power when power control is at level 5)
Weakness- (The downsides to a power. A weakness is not necessary, but should be given for a stronger power)
